He has been a professional Commercial Driver’s License driver for most of his life and brings lots of real-life experiences to his students. His previous roles include owner/operator, professional driver, equipment operator, emergency medical technician, defensive driving trainer and emergency vehicle incident prevention trainer. Ruben loves watching his students learn and succeed in this high-demand profession.

He has over 35 years of professional experience, including an apprenticeship in South Dakota, and holds journey- and master-level certifications, as well as contractor licenses in seven states. Bill taught electrical courses at Western Dakota Technical College and worked with students at Boxelder Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center to complete 1,000 apprenticeship hours. Bill is committed to training the next generation of electricians and believes in the growth of the industry.
